PS Rewards is a fast-growing fintech launching a VISA card that consolidates gift card balances and delivers automatic cashback from leading retail and FandB partners. We're building the merchant network from the ground up — and we need a closer who isn't afraid to knock on doors.

The Role

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to acquire recent merchant partners across the food and beverage space. You'll be the face of PS Rewards in front of business owners and decision-makers, turning conversations into signed deals.

You'll be given a consistent flow of leads — but the best BDMs in our team won't wait for them. If you see an opportunity, you'll walk in and take it.

What You'll Do

Acquire new FandB merchant partners for the PS Rewards platform

Work a mix of warm leads (provided) and self-sourced cold approaches

Negotiate commercial terms that work for both PS Rewards and the merchant





Build and manage a pipeline from first contact through to signed agreement

Represent the PS Rewards brand professionally in every room you walk into

Proven sales background — experience in high-volume cold sales environments (solar, door-to-door, or similar) is highly desirable
