Role Description The Warehouse Manager role is a full-time, on-site position located in Burleigh Waters, QLD. The role is responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching stainless steel products and hardware components. Key tasks include overseeing stock accuracy, coordinating inventory movement, maintaining safe and efficient workflows, and supervising warehouse team members. The Warehouse Manager will implement and improve operational processes, ensure compliance with safety standards, and liaise with purchasing, sales,



and logistics to support on-time order fulfillment. This role also involves monitoring warehouse performance metrics, managing equipment and resources, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong stock control and inventory control skills, with experience maintaining accurate records and preventing stock discrepancies.Proficiency in inventory management and operations management, including planning, workflow optimisation, and resource allocation.Competence in forklift operation and protected handling of materials, with relevant licences or certifications where required.Experience in warehouse or distribution environments, ideally within manufacturing, hardware, or building products sectors.Ability to lead and develop a warehouse team, with skills in coaching, performance management, and building collaborative work environments.Solid understanding of workplace health and safety requirements and commitment to maintaining a safe, compliant warehouse.Comfort with warehouse management systems and basic computer applications for reporting and data entry.Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
