In the role you will:Maintain accurate, up-to-date payroll files, documentation and filingProcess basic payroll runs and support monthly and ad hoc reportingBe the first point of contact for payroll queries, escalating to the Payroll Accountant when neededUpdate Connx work patterns and line managers, and troubleshoot basic system issuesSupport ad hoc payroll audits and projects with accurate data entry
We’re looking for an individual who can demonstrate:Experience with MicrOpay & ConnX2-3 Years of relevant experienceStrong data entry skills with a keen eye for accuracyProficiency across the Microsoft Office suiteStrong analytical and numerical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of organisation and time management, with the ability to prioritiseConfidence working autonomously and collaboratively within a team
