Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Boilermaker/Fabricator to join our manufacturing team.
About the Role
This is a hands-on position working in a modern, well-equipped workshop where no two days are the same.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Aluminium MIG welding and fabrication
- General steel fabrication and welding
- Manufacturing and assembling a wide variety of products, including portable toilets, luxury restroom trailers, accessible units, vacuum tanks and specialised equipment
- Pre-assembly and fitting of manufactured components
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Working closely with our engineering and production teams
- Assisting with new product development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Trade qualification as a Boilermaker/Fabricator
- Experience welding aluminium (preferred)
- Strong MIG welding skills
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
- Pride in producing high-quality workmanship
- Strong problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude and excellent work ethic
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
