Experienced educator qualities we are looking for:

- a positive, bubbly and passionate individual who is committed to being a positive role model for children

- confidence with building positive and respectful relationships with children, families and team members

- excellent communication skills - verbal and written

- knowledge and understanding / practice of the EYLF

- knowledge and understanding of programming and planning in accordance to developmental milestones

- knowledge and understanding of the importance of inclusive practices

- eagerness to lead and teach the incredible growing minds of little ones

- ability to create quality learning experiences for children

- ideal candidate will have had previous leadership experience

ECT qualities we are looking for:

- experience with implementing and leading an early childhood program

- strong knowledge and understanding of the Developmental Milestones for children

- experience with supporting and mentoring educators in a positive and proactive way

- confidence in partnering with families to better support a child's learning journey

- availability to work in direct contact with children (preschool room)
