We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Charlestown store who brings positive energy, leads by example and loves building high-performing teams. What You'll Do

Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in driving sales performance, developing your team, and bringing the Vans brand experience to life every day. This Sunday–Thursday roster offers consistency while giving you the chance to make a real impact in a high-performing retail environment.

Support the Store Manager in delivering sales targets, KPIs, and operational excellenceLead from the front by creating memorable customer experiences that reflect the Vans brandCoach, motivate and develop team members to achieve individual and store successMonitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance, celebrating wins and identifying opportunitiesSupport visual merchandising standards that showcase our premium product and brand storytellingOversee stock management, shrinkage control and store organisationFoster a positive, inclusive team culture built on collaboration,



creativity and accountabilityHelp identify and develop future leaders through ongoing coaching and succession planning

Who You Are

Previous experience as a Senior Casual, Key Holder, 3IC, Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager within a high-volume retail environmentA confident people leader with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIsSomeone who leads with energy, initiative and a strong "Make It Happen" attitudePassionate about coaching, mentoring and developing othersCustomer-focused with a genuine appreciation for premium product and brand experienceOrganised, adaptable and comfortable balancing operational excellence with team leadership
