Ray White Townsville is looking for a driven, full-time Sales Associate to support one of our leading agents. This is a hands-on role for someone ready to learn the business end-to-end and build a long-term real estate career.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Support the lead agent across the full sales process, from listing to settlement

- Prospect, qualify buyers and grow the database

- Coordinate open homes, inspections and marketing campaigns

- Manage client communication and keep deals moving

- Provide a first-class experience to vendors and buyers

ABOUT YOU

- Hold a current QLD Real Estate Salesperson Registration Certificate (essential)

- Minimum 1 year of real estate experience preferred

- Strong communicator who builds rapport quickly

- Organised,



self-motivated and hungry to succeed

- Current QLD driver's license and reliable vehicle
