Join our well-established team in Wingfield, working with great clients in a fun and dynamic office workplace! This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive team where your skills and efforts are valued and rewarded.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles
- Build strong client relationships and conduct regular site visits
- Source and screen candidates with relevant tickets and licences
- Coordinate onboarding, compliance, and site requirements
- Maintain regular communication with clients and workers to support performance and retention
- Manage ad placements across various platforms
- Build and maintain a talent pool
- Develop strong relationships with both clients and candidates

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has experience building rapport with stakeholders, clients, and candidates




- Possesses excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Has strong administration skills and a keen eye for detail
- Is proficient in the Microsoft Suite and has good computer literacy
- Brings a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
- Has strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ideally has previous experience in blue-collar recruitment in a fast-paced environment
- Holds a valid driver’s licence and own transport
