Schinella's Artisan Bakery provides the freshest baked Italian continental bread and authentic Italian pastries. We are committed to using traditional recipes and high-quality ingredients to bring the taste of Italy to our community.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bakery Front of House Shop Assistant to join our team. Your responsibilities include:

- Greeting and assisting customers with their orders

- Providing excellent customer service and handling customer enquiries

- Displaying and restocking breads and pastries

- Packaging & labelling products for sale

- Operating the cash register and handling transactions

- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the shop area

- Making Lunch & Breakfast Rolls

- Collaborating with the bakery team to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements for the role:





- Previous experience in retail or customer service role is preferred

- Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude

- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment

- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

- Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including morning starts at 6:30am, able to start work from 2pm in the afternoon and weekends (at all times, not just on school holidays)
