Norweld is growing, and we are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Newcastle region. Based in our Newcastle branch in Mayfield, this role is a mix of time on the road and in-branch - building strong partnerships, expanding our dealer network, delivering premium customer experiences, and representing a brand that stands for quality,

Your responsibilities will include:
• Driving new business acquisition and expand existing dealer accounts
• Building and managing a strong regional sales pipeline
• Meeting and exceeding regional sales targets and KPIs
• Developing quarterly sales plans aligned with national strategy
• Delivering the premium Norweld customer experience from quote through to handover
• Attending industry shows and actively growing brand presence in NSW
• Maintaining accurate CRM activity and reporting
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate will have:
• Demonstrated success in sales or account management in an automotive or dealership environment
• Strong understanding of 4x4 makes, models and accessories
• The confidence to negotiate and overcome objections
• Ability to self-manage and operate autonomously
• Customer-first mindset and ability to build strong, long-term relationships
• High-level organisational skills and experience using CRM systems (Salesforce desirable)
• Australian manual drivers licence (other licences/tickets such as Forklift or MR licence highly regarded)
