We are currently seeking motivated Retail Security Officers to join our team in a full-time rotating role, with additional opportunities available for part-time and casual employment.
Roster:
- Four days on, four off, rotating through an 8 week cycle
- Weekend work required
As a Trident Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing a safe, welcoming setting while maintaining a strong security presence on-site. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service, quick-thinking, and ready to be part of a professional and supportive team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality customer service and front-line support
- Identifying and resolving potential risks and issues proactively
- Responding to all medical and security incidents
- Accurately reporting and recording incidents during your shift
- Responding to emergencies in line with site protocols
- Building professional relationships with emergency services
- Using conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques effectively
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current QLD Security License with valid Crowd Control function
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A customer-first attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work within a rotating 24/7 roster
- High personal integrity and grooming standards
- Previous experience in regulated environments (desirable)
