Description
Supporting a large portfolio, this role partners with executive leaders across corporate functions. You'll operate with a high level of autonomy while contributing to broader people initiatives and organisational priorities.
About the role:
- Manage complex employee relations matters including investigations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide end-to-end HR support across assigned functions
- Provide guidance on employment legislation, awards, and compliance requirements
- Work collaboratively with internal HR specialists to deliver integrated solutions
- Coach leaders on performance management, talent development, and workforce planning
Profile
- Demonstrated experience in a true HR Business Partner role
- Strong employee relations capability, with confidence managing complex and sensitive cases
- Ability to build credibility and influence at executive level, particularly in formal settings
- Solid understanding of Australian employment legislation and industrial relations
- Relevant qualification in HR, IR, or related discipline (preferred but not essential with experience)
