About the role
This is a paid traineeship: you'll work alongside our experienced team while completing your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. No prior qualification or experience needed — just a warm heart and a love of being around young children.
You'll:
- Support our educators in caring for children aged 15 months to school age
- Help prepare and present hands-on Montessori activities
- Assist with meals, rest times, and the daily rhythm of the room
- Build genuine relationships with children and families
What you'll bring

- Willingness to enrol in a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
