Beare Flooring is a family-owned Australian flooring business with a growing network of mobile showrooms across Queensland and New South Wales. Based at our Head Office in Helensvale, we're looking for a reliable and organised Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our warehouse operations.
This is a standalone role, giving you the opportunity to run the warehouse as your own while working closely with our Head Office management team. If you're someone who enjoys responsibility, takes pride in staying organised and likes to keep things running efficiently, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Receiving and checking incoming flooring deliveries.
- Picking, packing and preparing orders for installers and franchisees.
- Loading and unloading trucks.
- Maintaining accurate stock levels and warehouse organisation.
- Operating a forklift safely and safely handling flooring products.
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and well presented.
- Assisting with stock takes and inventory management.
- Working closely with management to support the day-to-day operations of the business.
- Identifying opportunities to improve warehouse processes and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Current forklift licence (essential).
- Current Australian driver's licence.
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated.
- Able to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Good communication skills.
What We Offer
- Full-time position.
- Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm.
- $65,000 + Super.
- No weekend work.
- Modern Head Office and warehouse based in Helensvale.
