We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to service and repair systems across the Perth metropolitan area, while also lending a hand to our installation crews when required. What you will be doing

- Servicing, maintaining and repairing a diverse range of ducted air conditioning systems.

- Accurately diagnosing faults to ensure a high first-time fix rate.

- Providing hands-on support to installation teams during peak periods or where additional technical expertise is required.

- Delivering exceptional customer service on-site, ensuring customers are informed, confident, and satisfied with the work performed.

- Identifying and recommending suitable system upgrades, replacements, and energy-efficient solutions that add value for customers.

- Maintaining a well-stocked,



organised service vehicle to ensure efficiency and minimise return visits.

- Completing digital job records, service reports, and documentation accurately and promptly using company systems.

- Ensuring all work is completed safely, professionally, and in accordance with company standards, manufacturer requirements, and relevant regulations.

- Contributing to continuous improvement by sharing technical knowledge, identifying recurring issues, and supporting team development.

What you will bring

- Proven experience in HVAC and refrigeration (holding an ARC licence is highly regarded, or actively working towards one).

- A fantastic customer manner and a consistently professional presentation.

- A strong focus on safety, reliability, and genuine pride in your workmanship.

- A current, valid driver's licence.
