About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. You will work collaboratively with our team to build an engaging, play‑based learning programs, champion children’s development, and contribute to a positive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, implement, and evaluate learning programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS

- Build solid, trusting relationships with children and families

- Create inclusive, stimulating environments that support each child’s wellbeing and learning

- Document children’s learning with clarity, purpose, and professionalism

- Work collaboratively with educators and contribute to continuous improvement





- Uphold centre policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent)

- Current Working With Children Check

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification

- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and child development

- Warm, professional communication skills

- A genuine passion for early childhood education and supporting children to flourish

- Previously experience in this role is highly desired
