What You’ll Do

As a Business Manager with Newcastle BMW & Mini, you’ll be the key link between our sales team and customers, helping buyers secure the best finance and insurance solutions for their current or used vehicles. You’ll work with a dynamic team to deliver a seamless, customer-focused experience.

Your role will include:

- Collaborating with new and used vehicle sales teams to support customers through the finance and insurance process

- Presenting tailored finance and insurance options that meet customer needs

- Managing all financial documentation and compliance with accuracy and efficiency

- Ensuring a smooth, professional, and customer-centric transaction process
