About The Role

Reporting to the Sous Chef and Executive Sous Chef, you'll support day-to-day kitchen operations — preparing quality dishes, learning new techniques, and helping keep service running like clockwork.

Day To Day You'll Be

Preparing ingredients and mise en place to the standard set by our senior chefsCooking and plating dishes with consistency, colour, texture and flavour front of mindFollowing recipes, portion sizes and quality standards under guidanceLearning new techniques,



cuisines and menu items as you grow into the roleKeeping your section clean, organised and HACCP-compliantChecking deliveries and rotating stock for freshness and qualitySupporting your fellow chefs during busy services

What We're Looking For

Certificate in Commercial Cookery (or currently completing your apprenticeship), or equivalent experienceSome experience in a professional kitchen; high-volume experience a bonusFood Handling Certificate preferred, with a working knowledge of HACCPA genuine passion for food, hospitality and learning from the bestA team player who takes direction well and brings a positive attitudeFlexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays
