We're looking for an experienced Builder or Lead Carpenter who cares about quality, enjoys solving problems, and wants to be part of a team that genuinely values craftsmanship and great client experiences.
What you'll be doing
You'll work across a range of high-quality projects including:
- Renovations and extensions
- New homes
- Structural alterations
- High-end residential construction
- Managing trades and ensuring quality workmanship
- Working closely with clients and the Premier team to deliver exceptional results
No two projects are the same, which means every day brings something new.
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds a Certificate III in Carpentry
- Residential experience is essential
- Renovation experience is essential
- Holds a current driver's licence
- Takes pride in producing quality work
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Leads by example on site
- Communicates well with clients, suppliers and trades
- Can think ahead and solve problems before they become issues
- Is organised, reliable and motivated
