About the Rabo Graduate Program Kick start your career with the Rabo Graduate Program! Our unique 18‑month journey is designed to launch graduates into meaningful, purpose‑driven roles at Rabobank. Banking Operations

Graduate – Responsibilities Use your analytical and problem‑solving skills and be involved in the critical functions of building a rock‑solid bank. As a Banking Operations Graduate, you will rotate through key operations teams, including Payments, Settlements, Data Management, and develop your technical skills, exploring opportunities for continuous improvement and collaboration across teams to achieve excellent customer outcomes. You will also be placed on two short‑term rotations within risk and compliance and at a regional branch, and selected graduates may be placed on a short‑term international rotation to connect with colleagues in our global head office in Utrecht, the Netherlands.

About

You – Qualifications - Final year of undergraduate or postgraduate degree,



or have recently completed your study within the past three years.

- Available to start full time employment from February 2027.
- Australia or Current Zealand citizen or permanent resident.
- Demonstrated knowledge and interest in your chosen field.
- Passion for the food and agribusiness industry would be advantageous.
- Self‑motivated with ability to plan and organise self.
- Excellent time management and ability to multi‑task and prioritise work.
- Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication at all levels both written and verbal.
