This is an opportunity to collaborate on a heartfelt 2D animated short film centered around a cat living in a family-owned independent bookstore. The film, running approximately 2 minutes and 30 seconds, follows the cat as she befriends neighborhood strays by sharing her books. The project is a personal endeavor for a film student and aims to capture warmth, community, and the magic of storytelling through animation.

The animator will work remotely and play a key role in bringing the narrative and characters to life using Toon Boom Harmony.

Deliverables

- Animate a 2-minute-30-second short film in 2D, following the provided script and storyboard
