Your next career opportunity You will lead the MDHS Honours Program, guiding its strategic direction and ensuring a high-quality student experience across biomedical, health and psychological sciences. You will collaborate with senior academic and qualified leaders to align Honours pathways with Faculty and University strategies, enhancing students’ readiness for research, clinical and professional futures.

What you will deliver:

- Provide academic leadership for Honours learning, teaching and research training across the Faculty.
- Lead the ongoing development and enhancement of the MDHS Honours Program and its study areas.
- Work with senior MDHS leaders, Education Services and department Honours co-ordinators to implement and support a high-quality program.
- Represent the Faculty and contribute to key committees overseeing Honours, graduate research pathways and academic programs.
- Establish and lead an MDHS Honours committee and foster industry partnerships that support student employability and research pathways.

You may be a great fit if you:





- Hold a doctoral degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant health, biomedical or related discipline.
- Bring demonstrated leadership, organisational and management experience within a complex academic or health environment.
- Provide strategic insight and experience overseeing or coordinating Honours or similar advanced coursework and research programs.
- Demonstrate a strong track record in learning, teaching and research training at Honours or postgraduate level.
- Communicate effectively and build productive relationships with students, academic leaders and skilled staff.
- Engage students and academic colleagues in Honours program development, enhancement and quality initiatives.
