Due to continued growth, we are seeking an Account Manager to join our regional team and support clients throughout the Wheatbelt and Great Southern regions.

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in building and maintaining robust client relationships while delivering tailored insurance solutions that protect businesses, livelihoods, and communities.

· Manage and grow a portfolio of valued clients.

· Develop trusted relationships through regular client engagement.

· Identify client needs and provide suitable insurance and risk solutions.

· Collaborate with our broking and support teams to deliver exceptional service.

· Support new business opportunities and contribute to the continued growth of CWIB.

· Travel throughout the Wheatbelt and Great Southern regions to meet with clients and strengthen community connections.

About You

· A current driver's licence and willingness to travel within the region.

Insurance experience is desirable but not essential, as training and development will be provided for the right candidate.
