Account Manager – Labour Hire & Recruitment

Transcend Managed Services is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team. If you enjoy building strong client relationships, recruiting quality candidates and making a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

- Managing a portfolio of established client accounts
- Recruiting and placing casual, permanent and contract staff
- Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Conducting client visits, reviews and workforce planning
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing through to onboarding
- Ensuring compliance, safety and exceptional customer service throughout every placement

About You You'll ideally have:
- Experience within labour hire or recruitment
- A passion for building long-term client relationships
- Strong organisational and communication skills




- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude

Travel This role supports clients across Victoria and New South Wales. You'll travel to Sydney approximately every 3–4 weeks to meet with clients, strengthen relationships and support business growth. Why Join Transcend?
