About the Role

As our Accounts and Inventory Coordinator, reporting directly to the Finance and Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in keeping our accounts running smoothly. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

· Accounts Receivable – receipting payments, debtor management, bank reconciliations, processing & approving new customer accounts.

· Accounts Payable – processing supplier purchase orders and invoices.

· Inventory co-ordination & support

· Admin and Internal sales support

· Proactively supporting day to day operations, and other business areas as required

· Reporting and data entry

About You

You’re a self-starter, who’s great with numbers, loves organizing and completing tasks accurately, and enjoys a dynamic role.





· A great attitude and willingness to learn

· A Team player who likes to make a difference

· Excellent attention to detail and time management

· Robust written and verbal communication skills

· Intermediate+ Excel and IT skills

· Relevant Tertiary qualifications will be considered favourably

· A personal passion for natural health, beauty, wellness and/or a plant-based lifestyle
