About the Role
We are seeking an organised, proactive, and compassionate NDIS Administration Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our NDIS services while maintaining compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards.
The successful candidate will work closely with management, participants, support workers, and external stakeholders to coordinate administration, documentation, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage participant records and maintain accurate documentation.
● Coordinate service agreements, care plans, and participant onboarding.
● Assist with staff rostering and scheduling.
● Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and organisational policies.
● Monitor incident reports, risk assessments, and compliance registers.
● Prepare reports and administrative documentation.
● Liaise with participants, families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals.
● Support HR administration, including staff files, onboarding, and training records.
● Respond professionally to phone calls, emails, and general enquiries.
● Assist management with quality assurance and continuous improvement activities.
Essential Requirements
● Previous experience in an NDIS or disability services administration role.
● Excellent organisational and time management skills.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
● Knowledge of the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Current National Police Check.
● Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
● Current Working with Children Check (if applicable).
● Current Driver’s Licence.
Desirable
● Experience using NDIS software such as Brevity, ShiftCare, CareMaster, or Lumary.
● Certificate III or IV in Business Administration, Community Services, or a related qualification.
● Understanding of SIL, SDA, and community support services.

Pay: $63,923.47 – $125,596.54 per year
