At Pathways Financial Planning SA, we believe exceptional client service begins with exceptional administration. We are a growing, rapid-paced financial planning practice seeking an experienced Administration Officer / Client Services Officer who takes pride in delivering outstanding service and producing accurate, high-quality work.

While previous financial planning experience is not essential, we are looking for someone with at least 12 months' experience in an administration-focused role. We welcome applicants from a variety of industries including healthcare, legal, banking, insurance, accounting, real estate, education and professional services. If you have strong administrative foundations, we can teach you the financial planning industry.

About the Role

You will play a critical role in supporting our advisers and ensuring our clients receive an exceptional experience from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing client calls, emails and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Preparing new and ongoing business documentation.
- Creating and maintaining accurate client files and records.
- Liaising with financial institutions and other stakeholders on behalf of clients.
- Managing workflows, implementation timelines and outstanding tasks.
- Recording file notes and maintaining client information within our systems.
- Assisting with compliance documentation.
- Ensuring every piece of work is completed accurately, efficiently and on time.





About You To be successful, you will have:

- A minimum of 12 months' experience in a dedicated administration role.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional English.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients from all walks of life.
- High-level computer literacy, including Microsoft Office 365 and the ability to quickly learn new software.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and meet deadlines.
- A professional, well-presented and confidential approach to your work.

What We Offer

- Salary of $65,000–$82,000, depending on experience.
- 30 to 38 hours per week (4 or 5-day work week available).
- Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 4.30pm.
- Profit share bonus paid twice yearly (after 12 months).
- Weekly loyalty bonus after your first year.
- One week's additional leave at Christmas without using annual leave.
- Paid birthday leave.
- Ongoing career development in a growing financial planning practice.
