- Summary: We are seeking a motivated Administrator to be apart of our team. As an all-round Administrator, you will play a crutial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company. You will work closely with operations managers and team members to ensure smooth functioning of our administrative processes. This role will most likely grow in the future for the successful applicant. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who enjoys taking on a variety of new tasks.

With 70 years construction industry experience, we specialise in various difficult and challenging tasks, including large contract works and small projects providing detailed earth work services.

Tasks and responsibilities

- General Administration Duties including invoicing and monitoring client performance.

- Assist in design and implementing marketing strategies, client engagement and build client data base

- Assist and provide support to Operations Managers in different aspects of the business.

- Foster positive working relationships with the workforce, and positive external relationships with customers and suppliers.

Skills and experience

- Experience using Xero, Microsoft word and Excel will be valued.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities both written and oral.

- Effective time management and detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.

- Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
