Full Time | Penrith | Opportunity until 30 January 2027 Join Link Wentworth’s Housing Solutions and Tenancy Operations teams and play an important role in supporting customers, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth delivery of essential housing services. About the Roles
As an Administration Support Officer, you’ll provide high-quality administrative, customer and operational support across either our Housing Solutions team or Tenancy Operations Support Team.
You’ll be responsible for coordinating administrative processes, managing customer enquiries, maintaining accurate records, supporting business systems and helping operational teams deliver positive outcomes for tenants, applicants and other stakeholders. Working closely with internal teams, customers and community partners, you’ll help ensure services are responsive, efficient and delivered with a strong focus on customer outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality administrative support to operational teams across the organisation
- Manage customer enquiries via phone, email,
written correspondence and face-to-face interactions
- Monitor shared inboxes and ensure enquiries are actioned within required timeframes
- Maintain accurate records and update information across business systems and databases
- Prepare reports, correspondence, meeting papers and other documentation
- Coordinate appointments, meetings and operational activities
- Process invoices, purchase orders and other administrative transactions
- Support customers with housing applications, tenancy enquiries and related services
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to support customer outcomes
About You You are organised, adaptable and customer-focused, with strong attention to detail and a passion for helping others. You enjoy working in a collaborative environment, can manage competing priorities, and take pride in delivering high-quality administrative support.
You Bring
- Experience in an administrative, customer service or business support role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Outlook, Word,
Excel and Teams
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience using CRM, housing management or business systems (desirable)
- Experience within housing, community services or customer-focused environments (desirable)
- Commitment to social justice, inclusion and Link Wentworth’s values
You will also have
- Working rights in Australia
- A National Police Check (within 6 months) or willingness to obtain one
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain one
- Willingness to meet vaccination requirements
- Ability to travel between Link Wentworth offices as required
- Ability to work from a Link Wentworth office up to five days per week based on business needs
