We are seeking a Administrative Assistant to join Graduate Research, Research Portfolio, Academic Division. We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide assistance to our Client Services team in managing incoming calls, enquiry allocation and other administrative duties. The ideal applicant will be an enthusiastic, client focused administrator with extensive customer service experience.

The Graduate Research
Centre (GRC) provides support and advice to higher degree research (HDR) candidates and supervisors across the HDR lifecycle including admissions and enrolment, award and administration of scholarships, candidature management and thesis examination..
What You Need To Succeed
Education, training and/or experience equivalent to the completion of Year 12 with relevant work experience.
Demonstrated experience in providing client-focussed service and high quality administrative support, ideally in a call centre environment.
Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills that enables a high standard of customer service to a diverse client group.
Proven digital technology skills, including word-processing, spreadsheets, and familiarity with databases.
Demonstrated ability to follow procedures, and complete high-volume tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
