This position may be worked from any of our offices located in Dja Dja Wurrung / Bendigo, Yorta Yorta / Shepparton, Millewa-Mallee / Mildura, or Wiradjuri / Albury.

Providing administrative support to a team of experienced professionals engaging with a broad range of stakeholders, your attention to detail, communication and organisation skills will be essential to the implementation of commissioned health services.
Key Accountabilities
- Support the administration and implementation of commissioned health service contracts.
- Prepare resources, reports and documentation that support quality service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and data across organisational systems.
- Assist with provider engagement, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and minutes.
- Assist with stakeholder engagement activities and consultation processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting efficient systems and reporting practices.

Key Capabilities
- Demonstrated experience or qualifications in administration, business support, project coordination, or a similar role, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with experience maintaining accurate records, data integrity, and administrative processes.
- Proficient digital literacy skills, including experience using a range of systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications to support reporting, coordination, and service delivery activities.
