The Role

As an Advice Associate, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, holistic advice to our clients.

You will

- Work closely with senior advisers on strategy development
- Prepare and assist in presenting SOAs and ROAs
- Support advice implementation and compliance processes
- Conduct investment, superannuation and insurance reviews
- Assist in managing client relationships and meeting preparation
- Provide technical support across super, risk, retirement and investment strategies
- Contribute to strategic discussions and internal improvements

This role offers real responsibility and real development — not just administrative support.

What You’ll Bring

- 2+ years’ experience in the advice industry
- Strong experience in advice implementation
- RG146 compliant with relevant tertiary qualifications
- Experience preparing SOAs and supporting client meetings
- High attention to detail and strong written communication
- Confidence working with clients and internal stakeholders
- A proactive, growth-oriented mindset
- Xplan experience highly regarded
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
