Casual HR Agitator Driver Driving a concrete agitator truck for Heidelberg Materials involves more than moving from point A to point B. Our agitator drivers provide high levels of customer service as the face of our business, making multiple deliveries throughout the day and interacting with a variety of clients and stakeholders.

About the role - Rates: $30.75 per hour plus 25% casual loading.

- Based at the Port Lincoln Concrete Plant.
- Typical schedule starts at 6am, with up to 38 hours per week and regular overtime.
- 10‑day training program before operating independently.

Key responsibilities - Deliver concrete efficiently and safely across the region.

- Provide excellent customer service, engaging with people who may never have met you before.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the agitator truck.
- Use company technology to map routes and track loads.
- Adhere to health and safety procedures, including random drug and alcohol testing.

Qualifications - Minimum of an HR licence (essential). Previous driving experience is preferred.

- Comfortable interacting with people you have not met before.




- Enjoyment of varied tasks and a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical and random drug and alcohol testing.
