Allied Health Manager
Fixed Term, Part Time (0.6 FTE, negotiable) 7 September 2026 to 30 October 2027
Lead, Inspire and Make a Difference
Rochester and Elmore District Health Service (REDHS) is seeking an experienced and passionate Allied Health professional to join our leadership team as Allied Health Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to provide operational and professional leadership across a diverse multidisciplinary Allied Health team while contributing to the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care across acute, aged care and community health settings.
The position is offered at 0.6 FTE (negotiable) on a fixed-term basis from 7 September 2026 to 30 October 2027. We are also open to discussing additional hours through a clinical caseload within the successful applicant's discipline, enabling candidates to combine leadership and clinical practice.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- A relevant Allied Health qualification and eligibility to practise within your profession
- Demonstrated leadership experience within a healthcare environment
- Experience working across acute, aged care and/or community health settings
- Strong understanding of multidisciplinary Allied Health service delivery
- Knowledge of CHSP, HACC PYP, NDIS, Home Care Packages and MBS-funded services
- Experience leading quality improvement initiatives and service development projects

We are a Small Rural Health service, providing a broad range of acute, residential aged care, preventative and primary health programs to a population of approximately 8,600 people in the Campaspe and Bendigo Shires.
