Perdaman Chemicals and Fertilisers is looking for Analyser Engineer , individual to join our E&I; team at Karratha for Perdaman’s Ammonia & Urea project .Perdaman, a leading player in the fertiliser industry with its corporate office in Western Australia, is looking for a candidate to manage, maintain, and optimize the performance of analysers and other systems in the responsibility of the role within the fertiliser plant. The role requires expertise in maintaining, troubleshooting, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of analytical equipment used for critical process control and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process analysers, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Education & Qualifications:





Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation or Electronics Engineering or a related field

Experience:

Minimum of 8 years in analyser systems within a chemical, petrochemical, or fertiliser plant.

Proven expertise in maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting online analyser systems is essential.

Skills & Competencies:

In-depth knowledge of current process analyser technologies.

Experience with control systems (DCS, SCADA) and process control loops.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills for collaboration across functions.

Strong organizational and documentation abilities.

Knowledge of communication protocols such as Modbus, OPC, and Profibus.

Hands-on experience with Fire & Gas control systems, preferably Honeywell Notifier
