About the role: As a Brief Intervention Case Manager with us, you will get to provide immediate trauma-informed and person-centred care to participants utilising brief interventions. Our Case Managers support people with practical information and supports and

· Deliver brief interventions and relapse prevention support

· Provide case management and psychosocial support

· Facilitate psychoeducation and recovery groups

· Develop wellbeing and safety plans

· Build referral pathways and community partnerships

· Support participants to achieve health, housing, wellbeing and recovery goals

Hours and location: This full-time role is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance. Working in a hybrid capacity, you'll split your time between our Coffs Harbour office, community-based outreach, and occasional work from home. A work vehicle is provided for community appointments. This position is funded until 30 June 2027, with strong potential for extension as part of our expanding community services.

$$$ This role will be remunerated at SCHCDS Level 4 $46-50ph with access to salary packaging to potentially increase your take home pay by another 5k.

- Tertiary qualifications at diploma level or higher in an AOD, Social work, psychology, or Mental Health field.
- Current driver's licence, a satisfactory Criminal Record Check and Working with Children Check
- A minimum of two years’ experience in delivery of brief interventions with a trauma informed approach using knowledge of AOD support and relapse prevention.
