Element Auto Electrical is a mobile Heavy duty Auto Electrical and Air conditioning business based in Sydney’s Northwest. We are a family run business and due to continued growth, we are expanding our team. The role will allow you to work under several tradesman to gain experience on a wide variety of equipment.

As a mobile heavy duty auto electrical business, we support multiple Original Equipment Manufacturer’s (OEM) of earthmoving and plant dealerships. We have an extensive clientele that support Tier one civil projects in Sydney and surrounding areas.

About our role

We are looking for an Auto Electrical Apprentice. We have a position available and are offering up to a 4-year apprenticeship with full training and a day a week at TAFE for formal training. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about learning, a strong communicator and who wants to work in a positive atmosphere with a caring boss that values your contribution.

- Working towards an Automotive Electrical Trade Certificate (TAFE - CERT III in Automotive Electrical Technology).




- Learn and develop your skills to progress into a qualified automotive electrician.
- Hands on learning in a field service setting working with the latest diagnostic tooling.
- Support and mentorship is provided from our very experienced team.

Essential Skills

- Must have completed Year 12, mature age applicants welcomed to apply.
- Valid driver's license or in the process of obtaining one
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Time management skills and attention to detail
- A reliable, honest and punctual work ethic
- A keen interest in automotive technology, diagnostics and electrical systems
- A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
