AGC Interior is a growing Australian commercial design and construction group, specialising in commercial interiors, fit-outs, and project delivery.
You will be joining Dotplan, a Philippines-based offshore professional services, delivery, and support company within the AGC Interior group.
Dotplan supports its parent company, AGC Interior, as well as selected external businesses with high-quality remote capability across marketing, administration, design, estimating, operations, and delivery support. The team is built around clear systems, reliable execution, and Australia-aligned working standards.
About the Role
We are looking for a Full-Time AppSheet Developer to develop, maintain, and improve internal business applications that support operational efficiency across the organisation.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into practical AppSheet solutions. The successful candidate should also be comfortable using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity while maintaining full ownership, validation, and quality of the final solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Google AppSheet applications.
- Enhance existing applications and build new business solutions.
- Configure AppSheet automation and workflows.
- Integrate AppSheet with Google Workspace and other business systems where required.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing support.
- Document application development and system improvements.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to support development, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation while ensuring all outputs are independently verified before implementation.
Requirements
- Experience developing applications using Google AppSheet.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and Google Sheets.
- Experience with AppSheet expressions, workflows, and automation.
- Understanding of relational data structures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
- Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools such as OpenAI Codex, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI development platforms.
- Ability to use AI tools to support AppSheet development, troubleshooting, testing, formula creation, automation, and documentation.
- Ability to independently verify and test any AI-generated AppSheet expressions, formulas, AppScript, automation, or workflow changes before deployment.
- Ability to explain how AI tools improve productivity while maintaining the quality and reliability of work.
- Ability to understand, validate, and refine AI-generated solutions rather than relying on AI output without verification.
The company will provide access to the required AI development tools. Candidates are not required to have their own subscriptions.
Work Arrangement
- Remote work from home position.
- Full time position aligned with the Australian team.
- Monthly salary of ₱45,000.00 – ₱50,000.00.
- Three-day paid trial before engagement.
- Must provide your own desktop or laptop with the required software.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Willing to work under video monitoring during working hours for accountability and productivity purposes.
- Able to maintain consistent communication with the team while working remotely.
