Key Position Details

Working in a high volume processing environment with clearly defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and individual targets, your core duties will include:

- Assessing Applications: Determine eligibility for applications against relevant legislation, policy, and criteria.
- Problem Solving: Utilise investigative skills and sound judgment to resolve standard to moderately complex cases.
- Communication: Engage effectively and professionally via telephone and written correspondence with Clients.
- Workflow Management: Manage individual workflows efficiently while meeting quality, output, and operational standards.
