About the role
We are seeking an experienced Architectural graduate to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years’ professional experience, strong leadership skills and extensive experience in residential architecture, including town planning, design development and construction documentation.
- Minimum five years’ professional experience
- Advanced Archicad proficiency — mandatory
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Ability to lead projects and coordinate consultants independently
- Strong experience in residential design and town planning
- Excellent construction documentation skills
- Strong design, presentation and visualisation abilities
- Sound knowledge of Victorian planning and building regulations
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
