This role offers the chance to lead and contribute to high-profile schemes that make a genuine difference in the urban fabric, all while working within a supportive team that values your expertise and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take the lead on the technical delivery of industrial, commercial, and residential projects using Revit
- Coordinate seamlessly with consultants
- Own key project phases, driving design development, technical resolution, and stakeholder communication
- Lead and mentor junior team members, nurturing a cooperative and inspiring studio culture
- Work independently and/or in team capacity under the direction of senior directors
- Maintain high standards of quality and statutory compliance throughout all project stages

Skills & Experience:

- Around 5 years’ experience, with a proven track record in industrial, residential, or comparable sectors
- Exceptional proficiency in Revit
- Strong experience coordinating multi-disciplinary consultants and resolving complex technical challenges




- Ability to work autonomously and lead project teams
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with Australian building codes and standards
