The Role

You will join a collaborative finance function and take ownership of a broad range of accounting responsibilities, including:

- Managing accounts payable processes from invoice entry through to payment
- Processing and allocating customer receipts
- Completing bank reconciliations and investigating discrepancies
- Assisting with month-end accounting activities, including journals and reconciliations
- Supporting balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting requirements
- Managing finance inbox queries and providing support to internal stakeholders




- Assisting with credit card reconciliations and expense management
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the finance function
- Providing general finance support and assisting with ad hoc tasks as required

The Candidate

- 3-5 years’ experience in finance or accounting support roles
- Proven experience using Xero
- High attention to detail with strong time-management capability
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across teams
- Proactive, accountable and comfortable working to deadlines
