Assistant Venue

Manager – Responsibilities This role supports the leadership team in delivering exceptional hospitality, driving team performance, and maintaining high standards across the venue. The work you do will directly impact our customers and our aim is to ensure our employees are provided with the support and knowledge to exceed our customers’ expectations.

Qualifications - Previous hospitality leadership experience

- RSA & RSG Certificates (Essential)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in a fast-paced venue
- Passion for team development and customer service
- RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues)
- Approved Manager's License
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Great customer service skills




- Positive attitude
- Availability to work nights and weekends Salary & Benefits - Market-competitive salary $80K–$82K, plus KPI-based bonus of up to $5,000 per year, paid quarterly
