A well-established and growing regional financial planning practice is looking for either:

- A recent Financial Planning graduate, or
- An Associate Adviser ready to commence or continue their Professional Year.

About the Practice:

You'll join a collaborative team of:

- 3 Financial Advisers
- Several Accountants
- Dedicated support staff

What You'll Be Doing:

- Prepare for client meetings, including fact finds, research, modelling, and projections
- Assist in developing financial strategies and implementing advice
- Support client reviews, follow-ups, and ongoing service




- Work closely with experienced advisers and gain genuine exposure to the advice process
- Progress towards becoming a fully qualified Financial Adviser through your Professional Year

About You:

- Passionate about building a career in financial advice
- Studying or have completed a Financial Planning degree (or equivalent)
- Highly organised, proactive, and client-focused
- Eager to learn, take initiative, and develop professionally
- Previous experience in a financial planning practice is advantageous, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important

What's on Offer:

- Salary: $70,000–$95,000 + super (depending on experience). Graduates will be considered at the lower end of the salary range.
