About the Role

You’ll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of urban development projects from concept through to plan sealing, working closely with our executive management team, clients and project teams.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

- Lead the delivery of residential, commercial and industrial urban development projects across South East Queensland.
- Build strong, long term relationships with developers, architects, councils and service authorities.
- Manage project delivery from feasibility through detailed design, construction support and plan sealing.
- Review engineering designs and provide technical guidance to engineers and designers.
- Mentor and develop graduate, project and senior engineers.
- Identify practical engineering solutions that balance technical,



commercial and client objectives.
- Contribute to business development through outstanding client service and repeat business.
- Play a key role in the continued growth of our Brisbane Urban Development team.

About You Whether you’re an accomplished Senior Civil Engineer ready to take the next step, or an established Associate looking for a fresh challenge, we’re interested in hearing from you.

You’ll ideally bring

- Strong experience delivering urban development projects throughout Queensland.
- RPEQ registration (essential).
- CPEng and NER registration (highly regarded).
- Excellent working knowledge of Queensland development processes.
- Experience working with local councils, Unitywater, Urban Utilities and other servicing authorities.
- Experience managing projects through approvals, detailed design and plan sealing.
- Advanced stormwater design and implementation experience.
- Superintendent and contract administration experience (highly regarded).
- Strong understanding of plan sealing and development condition compliance (highly regarded).
- Strong client relationship and communication skills.
- The ability to mentor engineers and provide technical leadership.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget.
