THE OPPORTUNITIES Not every accomplished dentist is looking for the same thing.

Some want to provide more cosmetic and comprehensive restorative dentistry. Others want greater exposure to implants, All-on-X, clear aligners, ortho or full-mouth rehabilitation. Some simply want to practise excellent general dentistry within a better-run, more clinically aligned environment with a patient book that feeds it.

We are currently representing several established private practices across Melbourne, each offering a different clinical opportunity.

Rather than asking you to fit into one particular vacancy, we can confidentially discuss your clinical strengths, interests and long-term ambitions before introducing you to the practice - or practices - that best align with you.

Current opportunities include

- Hawthorn – an accomplished and strong general dentist interested in providing a combination of high-quality general, restorative and higher-end dentistry
- Kew – a clinician with a strong focus on, and is an expert in, cosmetic/aesthetic dentistry and full-mouth rehabilitation




- Melbourne CBD – a cosmetic and comprehensive restorative dentist with an interest in larger and more complex treatment plans
- South Yarra and Prahran – general and cosmetic dentists with clear aligner experience, with opportunities to provide implant dentistry or potentially expand into fixed orthodontics depending on the practice
- Balwyn – a strong private-practice general dentist capable of providing comprehensive, patient-centred care, works collaboratively and can provide oral surgery or implants
- Epping – a highly productive practice with opportunities across implant dentistry, aesthetic dentistry, comprehensive treatment and high-quality general care
- Berwick – high-end general, restorative and family dentistry within an established private-practice environment

Depending on the opportunity, positions may be available across two to five days per week. WHAT COULD BE IN IT FOR YOU?

ABOUT YOU These positions are not intended for dentists looking to simply occupy a chair.

We are interested in speaking with clinicians who take pride in the quality of their work, communicate well with patients and want to make a meaningful contribution to a practice.

You may be a strong fit if:

- You have a solid background in private practice with at least 4+ years of Australian private practice experience
- You are clinically capable across general dentistry and developing your special interest areas
- You are experienced in one or more of cosmetic dentistry, comprehensive restorative care, full-mouth rehabilitation, implant dentistry/All-on-X or transparent aligner therapy
- You diagnose comprehensively and can confidently communicate treatment options
- You prioritise ethical, patient-centred care
- You are motivated, commercially aware and capable of building strong patient relationships
- You value clinical autonomy while remaining open to collaboration
- You want to continue improving rather than becoming clinically stagnant
- You are seeking a stable, long-term opportunity with a quality private practice
- You hold unrestricted AHPRA registration and current professional indemnity insurance
