An newly created opportunity has become available for an Associate level Lawyer from a defendant background to join a highly regarded specialist firm following its recent expansion into the TAC and Motor Vehicle Claims space.

With a strong pipeline of new work already secured, the firm is looking for an experienced defendant TAC lawyer, bringing 3 to 6 years PAE, who is ready to take the next step in their career. This is far more than a traditional Associate role - you'll have the opportunity to lead a growing team while continuing to work on high-quality litigation.

The Role

Working across a broad range of defendant personal injury matters, you'll:

- Manage your own TAC and motor vehicle claims portfolio
- Mentor and provide day-to-day guidance to junior lawyers
- Help develop and grow the firm's expanding TAC practice
- Work closely with experienced Partners on complex matters
- Build robust relationships with insurer clients and key stakeholders
- Play an active role in the continued success of the practice

About You

You'll ideally bring

- Around 3-6 years' PAE
- Defendant insurance litigation experience,



particularly TAC and motor vehicle claims
- Strong file management and client relationship skills
- A genuine interest in mentoring and developing junior lawyers
- The confidence to take ownership of a growing practice area
