- Strong drafting, litigation, negotiation, and advocacy abilities in Family Law.
- LLB or JD, Victorian PC, admitted to SCV & HCA, and right to work in Australia.

Description
The Role We are seeking a passionate Associate to join our team in either our Melbourne CBD or Dandenong office. In this role you will manage a diverse caseload of matters in the area of Family Law, including:
- Divorce & separation
- Child custody & parenting arrangements
- Child support and binding child support agreements
- Spousal maintenance & financial agreements
- Property settlements
- Family violence intervention orders
- Experience in the area of Wills and Estates will be advantageous.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: LLB or JD, Victorian PC, admission to the SCV & HCA and 3+ years’ of experience in the area of family law
- Skills: Solid drafting, litigation, negotiation, and advocacy abilities
- Traits: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and client-focused with excellent communication skills
