Requirements - Good judgement and common sense, listening skills, willingness to learn and commitment to our values - Experience supporting people with a physical disability, including manual handling - Experience with PEG feeding, catheter care and bowel care – a bonus but not necessary - Have excellent patience and be willing to put in the time and energy to build rapport with client - Enthusiasm and passion for supporting people with disabilities to live great lives - Commitment to working with a care team approach, including guidance from professionals (e.g., supporting our clients to complete a regular physiotherapy program)
