What you will do

- Assess, diagnose, and manage speech, language, communication,



and swallowing (dysphagia) disorders in adults.
- Develop and deliver individualised treatment and management plans for patients with complex needs.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, holistic, and effective patient care.
- Provide education and training to patients, families, and carers on dysphagia management strategies.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in line with professional standards.
- Monitor patient progress and adapt interventions accordingly to achieve optimal outcomes.

Requirements

- HCPC registered Speech and Language Therapist.
- Significant experience in adult dysphagia is essential.
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
